My name is Chris Davenport. I started Salt Flats Speed Shop in 2007 with the intent of running a high quality, fabrication oriented shop. My specialty is pre-war 1930's hot rods, and vintage European automobiles like Porsche, Ferrari, etc. ​ The majority of my projects surround sheet metal shaping and metal finishing. I have the ability to shape and create any form in sheet metal. In addition to working with steel I also specialize in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Copper. Want some copper headlights, or an aluminum hood? Look no further. If you're looking to make a statement I also build entire car's from scratch. Shop rate: $75 an hour + materials.
