Follow you insurance companies instructions to Submit damages to them direct via App or Estimate though a Body Shop. 3. Insurance Carriers will always always use their own preliminary estimate, followed by the body shop supplemental estimate indicating further damages need to repair the vehicle to pre accident condition.
