In order to ensure proper care for your 2nd most valuable investment Collision Craftsman is proudly not on Insurance Company's preferred lists. We don't want the insurance company telling you or us how to prepare your vehicle. We have over 25 years' experience and we will not use aftermarket or used parts. We use all OEM factory standard parts to make sure the fit and finish of your vehicle is returned to you in pre-accident condition. Insurance companies will tend to rush the repair process due to paying daily to keep you in a rental car.
