Dear Customer Since COVID I have been forced to go back working with the Car dealerships after twenty successful years doing direct customer work. I just can’t make it pay off now. I did a lot of insurance work in my business before the pandemic and the insurance companies have become impossible to deal with ( they refuse to pay what’s required to repair cars correctly) and by using remote estimating they can force shops to make inferior repairs so now I don’t have the bigger jobs needed to support smaller jobs like the ones I am known for doing ! I would rather deal with the few honest dealerships who will approve proper repairs than work with the majority of insurance companies who do not! I’m sorry for this change Lloyd Lind
